The Portfolio module aggregates all your properties with key metrics: NOI, occupancy, leverage, and performance vs plan. Filter by type, region, or strategy. Use it to spot underperformers and plan rebalancing.

Facility management

For each building or site you can:

• **Work orders** – Log issues, assign to vendors, track completion.
• **Assets** – Keep a register of critical equipment with maintenance history and warranties.
• **Compliance** – Track inspections, permits, and safety checks with reminders.

Data from facility operations can feed into proforma models (e.g. OpEx and CapEx) and portfolio dashboards.
