Rental Management: Properties, tenants, and leases

## Add properties and units

Create a property record with address, type (residential, commercial, etc.), and unit count. Add units with rent, deposit, and lease dates. You can import from a spreadsheet or add manually.

Invite tenants and manage leases

Generate lease agreements from templates (see Document Automation). Send invites so tenants can sign online and access the tenant portal for rent payments and maintenance requests.

Rent collection and maintenance

• **Rent** – Track due dates, payments, and arrears. Set up reminders and online payment links.
• **Maintenance** – Tenants submit requests; you assign to vendors and track status until resolved.

Reporting

Use the Rental dashboard for occupancy, collection rate, and upcoming renewals. Export data for accounting or owner reports.
